What does the deals form collect?

The deals form asks for your name, email address and phone number, the states and any cities or counties where you buy, your strategies, your price range, how you buy, and what you use to analyze deals now. If you give a phone number, there's a separate box for agreeing to deal alerts by text, and the form records whether you checked it.

The form also records the page you sent it from, and that you signed up on this site for New Jersey deals.

Where is it stored and how is it used?

Submissions are stored by this site's form host. I use what you send to email you deals in the markets you buy in and to send occasional notes on how I run the numbers.

Checking the text box records your consent to deal alerts by text. Nothing is ever texted from this website.

How do I come off the list?

Answer any email from me with a request to be removed. I'll remove you and stop sending.
